Outlook not receiving emails

How to fix the email not received issue in Outlook?
Are you not receiving the emails correctly in your Outlook?
You are waiting for an important official mail which has been delivered from the sender but you have not received it yet?
Check your Junk folder
The email might have landed in the junk email folder. Choose the Junk Email folder in Outlook.com for the mails.
How to move the emails from Junk to Inbox?
Right click on the email then choose Not Junk. The email will then automatically move to the inbox. Outlook customer support team will come to your help if you are facing difficulty in moving the email from Junk to Inbox.
Check the Inbox filter and sort settings
Filtering and sorting options are provided at the top of the message list. For filtering check the View: setting.
For sorting choose the Arrange by option. To check the recent messages choose date and to look for specific message from a sender, choose From.
Troubleshoot steps for Outlook
Add the sender’s address in your contact list as the emails from the contact list persons reach directly in the Inbox. Open a message from the sender and in the message header choose Add to contacts beside the sender’s name.
Check the blocked and safe sender list. Choose Options and under Preventing junk mail, choose Safe and block senders and then Blocked senders. If the find the send list there, then choose Remove from list.
